Back to a more logical thought pattern and i realize where i was going. remember when the biggest frustrations in life where the now seemingly trivial things, such as having to memorize those timesTables, and how you wouldn’t be caught dead eating that for lunch at school. etc etc. I think i lived for a while under the misaprehension that once you got out of school and weren’t ‘learning’ anymore frustrations would miraculously disappear. don’t we all know how stupid that thinking was. It was probably a while ago that i figured that one out, but today i am reminded of that.
I am trying to figure out all my travel arrangments for my CA trip at the end of the month, and i find myself once again in a position where I am doing something for the first time, accompanied with the familiar frustrations of not really wanting to have to do it. Its not even that it is hard. its just a pattern that is easy to fall back into i guess. What i have figured out is my flight plans, and kinda my hotel plans and perhaps car rental. I need to finalize them though, but i want to wait to hear back about my course registration before i book the hotel. !! I never really got good at not feeling apprehensive about things like this. I will prolly be stressing about it off and on untill i finally get on the plane. but then i’ll rock like crazy man! I need to do some searching for things to make sure i see when i am out there. If anyone wants to give me suggestions, I will be in Irvine, California, and will only be able to do evening type things, since i have obligations during the day.
